This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of yoga and is a great aid for learning to sit in meditation.  Appropriate for most levels.

Zen Cats  Deeply relaxing and renewing, this class utilizes soft, supportive bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 3-5 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace, this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. Great for beginners and advanced yogi’s looking to deepen their practice with more stillness.
