A mixed level class designed to explore all the fundamental poses including sun salutations, standing and seated postures, twists, backbends and supported inversions. Variations and modifications are given to adjust your practice while you gain confidence, strength and flexibility.  This class will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Appropriate for most levels.


Explore proper alignment and breath awareness in all the classical yoga poses. This class will enable you to build a strong foundation or invigorate a seasoned practice, as you focus on the fundamentals of yoga. Working at a slower pace to build the mind-body-breath connection, this class encourages questions and allows you to feel safe and comfortable. Appropriate for all levels.


A slow flow practice focused on connecting breath and movement. Flow with sun salutations, hand balances, and inversions with modifications offered for various levels of practice. Feel energized and renewed. Appropriate for most levels except beginner.


Stress relieving therapeutic blend of yoga, M.E.L.T., and core strength. Work with foam rollers to rebalance the nervous system and rehydrate connective tissue. Relieve stress, improve body awareness, core engagement, and posture with core strengthening yoga postures. Appropriate for most levels.        


Expect to flow slowly and mindfully with a focus on stress relief, stretching and strengthening through body and breath awareness. Enjoy some easy flow movements to loosen your body followed by a combination of calming restorative poses to rejuvenate your body and mind. Appropriate for all levels.


An empowering hybrid class utilizing a blend of yoga and Pilates inspired movements with elastic bands to build core strength and endurance. Bands for all levels provided and modifications offered.


A fun, energetic class featuring arm balances, backbends and inversions as well as classical poses. Practice alongside the teacher with time allowed to explore poses for a deeper understanding of subtle alignment. Appropriate for active students with yoga experience.


A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3- 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia to strengthen, lengthen and release. Stress relieving and rejuvenating with a meditative quality. May include healing Reiki touch. Appropriate for most levels.


Deeply relaxing and renewing, this class utilizes supportive bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in poses that are held for approximately 5-10 minutes. Moving at a significantly slower pace, this class takes on a more meditative quality and sense of turning inward. May include therapeutic, healing touch and aromatherapy for interested students. Appropriate for any level of practice.
