The curriculum will be taught by Sherry Schreck and Sophia Ludyjan.
Sherry Schreck, M.S., Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, has been
teaching teachers for over 15 years. In Addition to her Master's degree in Biomedical
Engineering, Sherry has trained extensively under master teachers in various forms
of Hatha Yoga and other healing modalities. Sherry is recognized as a dedicated and
talented yogi in her own right and a spirited communicator. This training is a reflection
of Sherry's own passions and the transformative power of the heart.
Sophia Ludyjan, E. RYT, trained in classical Hatha Yoga methods as handed down
from Indra Devi, in the Krishnamacharya lineage. Training and teaching since 2002,
Sophia combined her love of cats and passion for yoga to create Shanti Kitti Yoga,
a cat-themed yoga studio with a great community of yogis and dedicated teachers.
