Classroom sessions include


  • 127 hours of group sessions

  • 38 hours of assignments and reading

  • 35 hours of observing/assisting/adjusting classes


Beyond the classroom:


Daily meditation/journaling

Unlimited free yoga classes per month at the studio (included as part of tuition)
